This secret is something I want to share with everyone, and frankly I’m surprised I haven’t heard about this before (maybe I have but don’t remember). This one item has made my grocery shopping, food budget and diet so much easier and healthier.

I’ve already been to several farmer’s markets and fresh produce stands in the area. I get organic vegetables at a cheaper price compared to grocery chains, and put money into the local farmer’s economy, which is important to me.
This cooker is a great item to purchase if you enjoy multitasking while saving time and money. My favorite vegetables are sweet potatoes and squash but in the past I haven’t made them as often as I wanted because of the time restraint.
Using a steamer cuts the cooking time down immensely; I just put the raw vegetables in the container, set the timer and POOF, I’ve made a quick and healthy meal.
